Wioleta Mazurek was the experiential designer for the design of the Air Canada Poutinerie in Old Spitalfields Market , which was created and produced by JWT Live. The brief was to create a pop-up restaurant transforming Canada’s national poutinerie dish into edible destinations inspired by local cuisine and promoting Air Canada as a winter carrier. Agency: J.
